The Governor’s Office of Management and Budget is holding it’s annual operations conference September 7-8 at the Grand America Hotel. The focus of the conference is to help organizations maximize their resources, run more efficiently, while improving quality output.
The conference will cover a variety of topics including everything from how to manage fleets and administrative functions, protect the time and expertise of critical staff, and how to improve traditional case management processes for vulnerable populations.
