During the 2017 legislative session, updates were made to the Utah C-PACE program to reduce obstacles and make it easier to implement projects. Assessment bonds are no longer required under the C-PACE Act. Instead, an assignable lien can be used to secure the financing. We are also offering a new C-PACE District to administer projects.
